Product Types
Normal Concrete
A standard concrete mixture composed of cement, water, fine and coarse aggregates, with optional additives. Typically, its density is about 2,300 kg/m³.
Lightweight Concrete
Formulated using lightweight aggregates or by incorporating numerous air bubbles, resulting in a lower density, typically under 2,000 kg/m³.
Mass Concrete
Used in large-scale structures like dams or bridges, this concrete type is designed to manage heat generated by cement hydration. It's used for structures with a minimum thickness of 0.8m in flat plates and 0.5m in prestressed concrete bearing walls.
Watertight Concrete
Highly impermeable concrete suitable for structures where water and moisture resistance is critical, such as storage facilities, underground structures, water tanks, swimming pools, and water/sewage facilities.
Hot Weather Concrete
Specially formulated for construction in high-temperature conditions (monthly average above 25℃ or peak over 30℃), this concrete addresses issues like slump reduction, air entrainment reduction, and surface layer compactness.
Shotcrete
A mix of concrete or mortar sprayed onto construction surfaces using pressurized air, often containing an accelerating agent. Ideal for lining and reinforcing tunnels, slopes, walls, dams, and bridges.
High Strength Concrete
Designed for a standard strength of 40 MPa or higher in normal concrete and 27 MPa or higher in lightweight concrete. This type hardens faster and continues to strengthen over time, with standard maturity typically set at 28 days, but it can be extended to 56 or 90 days, depending on the required strength.
Mortar
A mixture of cement, water, and fine aggregate, occasionally with added materials, primarily used for outdoor or exterior wall finishing.
