Compliance Report

Article 1
(Duty to report)

Any recipient of unsolicited economic benefits from related parties, or who encounters illegal requests, must immediately report such incidents to the designated department and adhere to the guidance provided.

(Reporting Procedure)

Reportable Matters:

  • Violations of Fair-Trade Law, including unlawful acts, unfair transactions, and unfair subcontracting practices.

  • Other illegal activities relating to labor laws, rights of Heungkuk employees, personal data protection, trade secrets, and safety/environmental standards.

Confidentiality Assurance:

  • All reports are treated with the utmost confidentiality and the option for anonymity is guaranteed.

  • Our fundamental policy ensures no disadvantage or reprisal will be faced by the reporter, including employees and executives.
